1. The Defendant completed the acquisition by prescription on June 30, 1985 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 144/394 square meters among 826 square meters in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.

1. The Plaintiff, on June 16, 1965, occupied the above real estate from the Defendant’s denial network D to the present date after purchasing 826 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”). The Plaintiff’s acquisition by prescription on August 30, 1985 with respect to the remaining shares was completed from June 30, 1965, when the ownership transfer registration under the Plaintiff’s name was made with respect to 250/360 shares among the above real estate.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on June 30, 1985 with respect to the share of 144/394 of the instant real estate for the completion of the acquisition by prescription.
