1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is an organization claiming that it is a clan of its unique meaning consisting of descendants who sell the south of CJ D's tea, and the defendant is an organization consisting of male and unmarried women who have attained majority among the descendants of 8th Cho F as the descendants of B.
B. According to the Land Survey Division and Forest Survey Division prepared during the Japanese occupation occupation period, each of the members of the Plaintiff including G et al. included the circumstances of each of the lands listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the lands of this case”, and the individual land is specified by the sequences), and thereafter, the ownership of each of the lands of this case was changed as follows.
1) The registration of initial ownership was completed on November 30, 1970 in the name of H, I, J, K, K, L, M, and N. The registration of initial ownership was completed on December 19, 1983, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 14, 1972 in the name of the registry office of Sung-nam branch of Sung-nam branch of the Suwon District Court on February 19, 1983, and the registration of change was completed on February 4, 2004 as the name of the registry office changed on February 4, 2004.2) On the land of this case No. 2, the registration of change was changed on November 30, 1970 by H, I, J, K, L, M, N, and P. The registration of initial ownership transfer was completed on December 24, 1970, and the registration of change was changed on December 29, 2007.
3) As to the land of this case 3 to 6, the registration of initial ownership was completed in Q Q Q as of August 31, 1981, No. 1605, which was received on August 31, 1981, and on February 4, 2004, the registration of change was completed in the name of the registered titleholder that changed the name of the Defendant. (4) As to the land of this case 7 to 9, the registration of change was completed in the name of the registered titleholder on November 30, 1970, the registration of initial ownership was completed in proportion to 1/8 shares in H, N, K, H, H, J, M, M, M, and P.
