1. The defendant,
A. 56,493,500 won to Plaintiff A and 5% per annum from March 31, 2011 to December 14, 2012; and
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The deceased H (hereinafter “the deceased”) was under the supervision of the Defendant I (the deceased on December 5, 1967), J (the deceased on July 6, 1980) and the Defendant, and the Plaintiff B is the J’s wife, the Plaintiff A, C, D, E, and F.
B. The deceased owned 1,960 square meters prior to the division, 1,547 square meters prior to L, M, 1,144 square meters prior to the division, 1/2 shares prior to the division, 43,835 square meters prior to the division, 43,835 square meters prior to the division, 1,157 square meters prior to the division, 12,145 square meters prior to the division, and 12,145 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “the parcel number of Ri and land”).
C. After the registration of transfer of ownership was made from H on the land cadastre under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of General Farmland with respect to K, L, and M land before division (1) and the registration of transfer of each land, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on December 26, 1964 by Suwon District Court No. 8587, Dec. 26, 1964, respectively.
(2) After registration of ownership transfer was made in the Defendant’s future from H on the land cadastre in accordance with the General Farmland Special Measures Act as to the shares of 1/2 of the NN land before subdivision and the O land before subdivision, registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 23, 1965 by the above court No. 7395, Jun. 23, 1965.
(3) As to P forest land, registration of transfer of ownership was made by the State in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (Act No. 2111, May 21, 1969; hereinafter “Forest Special Measures Act”), and registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the future by the Defendant under the above court No. 8145, Sept. 2, 1970; as to Q forest land, registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the future by T on the forest land register under the Forest Special Measures Act; and as to Q forest land, registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the future by the Defendant under the Forestry Special Measures Act by the above court No. 9325, Sept. 5, 1970.
(4) The registration of ownership transfer, etc. of the R land before subdivision.
