When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report any false crime or accident to a public official.

Nevertheless, at around November 23, 2019, the Defendant filed a false report with the fire-fighting officer, “Abspeing that the Defendant died of his own mobile phone (D) in the Suwon-si building B, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with his own cell phone (D) in the situation where contact was interrupted, and there is little dementia.”
