Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall report any false crime or accident to a public official.

On April 21, 2019, at around 09:38, the Defendant filed 112 reports to the effect that “gas will be cut off” using the aforementioned E’s mobile phone, even though he did not have a framework for gas, on the grounds that he was living together with E, a residence of the Defendant in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju, for the reason that he was suffering from a dispute with E, which is a residence of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant reported a false crime or accident to a public official.
