A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on September 24, 2014.

1. Interference with business of victims C;

A. On September 25, 2014, from around 10:50 to around 11:00, the Defendant avoided disturbance, such as “E” women-only beauty room operated by the victim C (V, 55 years old) in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim demanded “E exclusively for women-only, bals, bals,” thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to bring a disturbance to the victim, such as “I will not engage in funeral services due to bals,” among three customers.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the beauty room business of the victim by force.

C. At around 14:00 on the same day, the Defendant sought again at the place described in 14:00 a.m. and reported by 4 customers, the Defendant considered “not to engage in business” to mean “not to engage in business” to the victim, and caused disturbance by entering the beauty room.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the beauty room business of the victim by force.

2. Around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed a disturbance, such as “Ack-type restaurant operated by the Victim F (V, 54 years old) located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D,” such as “Ack-type restaurant operated by the Victim F (V, 54 years old),” stating that “Ack-type will not perform funeral services by entering the victim’s room in the restaurant while the victim refused it, and the victim was four customers.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
