1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,898,666 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 3, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 3 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff supplied the Plaintiff with the landing, etc. from July 2012 to November 14, 2014, and the amount of the unpaid goods can be recognized as constituting 33,898,666.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 3,898,666 won with 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 3, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order in this case.
