1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,755,400 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination

A. If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the statement No. 1-5, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with goods, such as U.S. Ball by October 31, 2014, and the Defendant did not receive KRW 44,755,400 out of the price.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 44,755,400, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 29, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order, to the day of full payment.

(1) The Plaintiff claimed the payment of damages for delay for the period from November 1, 2014 to the delivery date of payment order, but there is no evidence to deem that the Defendant delayed the payment of goods during that period). 2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is most accepted.
