The defendant shall calculate 36,831,197 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 21, 2020 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with goods, such as chickens by January 18, 2020, and the fact that the amount of the unpaid goods was 36,831,197 may not be disputed between the parties, or that the amount of the unpaid goods was 36,831,197 may be acknowledged by taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1

According to the above facts, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 36,831,197 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from April 21, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case filed by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
