Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced by the Suwon District Court to the crime of fraud and the crime of interference with business, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 13, 2014.
