A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on March 28, 2015, at the “E” entertainment tavern operated by the victim C in Chuncheon City; (b) the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price, took the same attitude as the Defendant would pay the price in spite of the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) the Defendant ordered the beer and the beer and the beer, and the Defendant was issued with the victim an alcoholic beverage and the beer amounting to KRW 5

On March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:40 on March 31, 2015, the victim F, who was the victim F, appears to have the same attitude as paying the price in spite of the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price, and (b) the victim ordered the beer and the beer and the beer and the beer were issued a total of KRW 320,000 by the victim.

3. On March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on March 31, 2015, the victim I expressed the same attitude as paying the price in spite of the absence of the victim’s intent or ability to pay the price, in the entertainment drinking house operated by the victim I in Chuncheon-siJ; (b) on the part of the victim, the Defendant ordered both the owner and the owner, and (c) received the victim’s delivery of alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the sum of KRW 660,00 from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims three times, received property from the victims.
