Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 22:00 on December 22, 2011, the Defendant ordered 36,000 won, multiplied by 36,000 won as if he would normally pay the price to the “Dcafeteria” of the victim C operated in Gyeyang-gu, Young-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu.
However, the facts are that the defendant, even though he was provided with alcohol and food from the victim, was unaware of the victim who did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and was issued the alcohol and food from the victim.
In this respect, the defendant deceivings the victim and acquired the alcohol and food equivalent to 36,000 won.
around 11:00 on November 7, 201, the Defendant ordered the victim to pay the price to the “G” restaurant operated by Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu. Around November 11, 201, the Defendant received from the victim a sum of KRW 16,00,00, such as Saturdays, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, to receive the price from the victim, namely, a sum of KRW 16,00.

1.
