1. Defendant H Co., Ltd.: KRW 7,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 29, 2012 to July 17, 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants (1) were newly appointed on May 28, 2007 to Defendant HA company (hereinafter “Defendant H company”); (2) during the three-month period from May 28, 2007 to August 26, 2007, upon receipt of a fixed notification as the I Team member on August 14, 2008; (3) on January 15, 2008, the Plaintiff was assigned to the J Team member (Grade 5); (4) on June 5, 2008, on January 1, 2007, on January 1, 2007, on the 3rd Team member (Grade 5); (5), on February 16, 2010, on the 3rd Team member (Grade 5); and (5) on the 10th anniversary of the 2010’s dismissal from position as the P Team member (Grade 5); and (4) on the 10th 10th 2,2010.

(2) Defendant B served as the I team leader during the period from August 27, 2007 to January 4, 2008, when the Plaintiff worked as the I team leader.

Defendant C had served as K President from December 1, 2006 to December 30, 2007, as Q sales service from December 31, 2007 to December 31, 2008, as N from January 1, 2009 to September 4, 2012, and currently served as R.

Defendant B and C are married couple.

(3) Defendant D served as O deputy head during the period from September 3, 2010 to June 26, 2011, when the Plaintiff worked as the O team leader, Defendant E served as the vice head during the said period, and Defendant F served as the head of the O team during the said period. Defendant F served as the head of the O team during the said period.

(T) (1) The defendant G is the chairman of the labor union of the defendant H&A.

B. The personnel committee (hereinafter “the committee”) shall be established to deliberate and resolve on personnel matters concerning the personnel affairs of employees under Article 5 (Establishment of Personnel Committee), including personnel regulations and preventive regulations of sexual harassment, etc. of Defendant H company.

Article 6 (Composition) (1) The Committee shall be comprised of not less than three but not more than seven members including the Chairperson.

(2) The members of the personnel committee shall be comprised of superior classes than those subject to deliberation, and may have external members participate for the purpose of fairness in deliberation, and shall take charge of administrative affairs of the personnel committee.
