A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing crypoids;

A. On July 22, 2017, at around 23:07, the Defendant deposited KRW 3.50,000 into a new bank account in the name of D that is designated by a seller in the name-free bank account in order to purchase the cambacule, which is a local mental medicine, in the new bank located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 23:07, and purchased 0.5g of 0,000 in a transparent plastic bag located in the name of the seller in the name-free bank designated by the seller.

B. On July 30, 2017, at the new bank G branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 20:49, the Defendant deposited KRW 3.50,000 in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) at the new bank G branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. On the same day, at around 22:30 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a penphone in the amount of KRW 0.5g of a transparent plastic bag located in the non-registered housing box located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On October 2016, the Defendant administered a medication in a manner that inhales 19:00 Habon Habon 203, which brought about the volume of the workplace rent, along with I, around 0.2g of philopon Habon, which brought about the volume of the workplace rent, at the early 19:00.

B. At around 02:00 on July 24, 2017, the Defendant administered an influorial philopon at K hotel rooms on the third floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, in the same manner as the written in the foregoing paragraph (A).

On July 30, 2017, the Defendant administered an influorial philopon at K hotel rooms on the third floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, at around 23:30, in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (A).

(d)

At around 22:00 on July 31, 2017, the Defendant administered the bitphone in the same manner as the written in the above paragraph (A) at K hotel rooms located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J in the 3rd floor.

E. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ltel 1406; and (b) around 0.08g of philophones, as described in the foregoing paragraph (A).
