B Imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, Defendant A and C shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.

However, from the date this judgment has become final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On June 14, 2017, Defendant B was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Daejeon District Court. On December 27, 2017, Defendant B terminated the execution of the said sentence at the Daejeon District Court, and on March 8, 2018, Defendant B was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violating the Employment Security Act at the Daejeon District Court, and on June 4, 2018, was released by the ruling of revocation of detention at the Daejeon Prison, and the execution of the sentence was terminated upon the final judgment on September 20, 2018.
