A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 17, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement that he/she sold online NAV C Cafbook (LG program) on the Internet online NAC bulletin board using a mobile phone, and reported it to the victim D who visited the victim D who sent the price of goods to his/her own designated account, “I will send the NAT on the face of the transfer to his/her own designated account.”
However, even if the defendant receives the payment of goods from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods to the North Korea due to the lack of the above North Korea.

On March 13, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 1298,” connects the Internet NAVV to the Korean car page on March 13, 2018, using mobile phones, and sells traffic cards.
“The traffic card will be sent to the victim E who reported and contacted “264,00 won”.
“A false statement” was made.
However, since the defendant did not have a traffic card, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the traffic card.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received 264,000 won from the injured party’s seat to the national bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, was accused of the victim and was given property from the victim.
