2. On March 2, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “Aphone S 64G” was sold on the Internet opening site, and falsely read that “Aphone is sent within 30 minutes after the transfer of KRW 285,000 to the victim Q Q who had contacted the Defendant.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a phone and even if he received money from the above victim, he did not have any intention or ability to send a phone.

As above, the defendant deceivings the above victim and is up to 10:26 on the same day.
