1. In case where the Defendant was hospitalized on March 24, 2014 under the workplace malicious life diagnosis at B Hospital on March 24, 2014, and on April 17, 2014

Basic Facts

On March 16, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with C with the insured as the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

Article 16 (Definition and Diagnosis Confirmation of "Cance", etc.) (1) "Cance" in this contract refers to diseases (attached Table 2) classified as malicious life in the 5th Korean Standard Disease Disease Classification.

However, the classification number C44 (Other malicious life of the skin), C73 (Many Indexal Organism of Adex), and Magral Zate's disease, shall be excluded from being defined as malmniant.
