1. On November 6, 2013, the Defendant’s hospital at the “register species” and the C Hospital on November 14, 2013.

A. A. On February 23, 2006, the Plaintiff, the insurer, entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the same content as indicated in the attached list as the insured. The instant insurance contract is KRW 10 million for cancer diagnosis expenses under the special terms and conditions for cancer diagnosis expenses guarantee, and the boundary-based type diagnosis expenses are KRW 2 million for the instant insurance contract.

B. Around November 6, 2013, the Defendant was diagnosed as “all species” at the Council members of the Department within B (hereinafter “the instant species”) and was diagnosed as “all species,” and was subject to the treatment on November 14, 2013 at C Hospital’s Hospital (“C-20”) “work malicious life (C-20) - workplace depending on the diagnosis, and was carried out, respectively.

C. The Defendant claimed insurance money equivalent to KRW 10 million for cancer diagnosis costs on the ground that the instant species are workplace cancer (C20), and the Plaintiff refused the payment of insurance money on the ground that the instant species constitute the “batal species”.

Among the terms and conditions of the policy of guaranteeing cancer diagnosis expenses of the instant insurance contract, the definitions of “Cance”, “drativity,” etc. and the diagnosis confirmation shall be as follows:

Article 3 (Definition and Confirmation of Precrypam and Typam-to-Memical Species) In this Special Terms and Conditions, the term "Cam" means the disease (referring to the Table 5 [Reference] classified as malicious life in the 4th Korean Standard Disease Classification.

However, the term of office is defined as the term "Pregrant" and is excluded from the term of office.

Article 2 (Damage to Compensation) "The Boundary Species" means the disease (referring to the "Seute of Action" or the "Seute of Life" referring to the disease (referring to the "Seute of Action" or the "Seute of Life") specified in the 4th Korean Standard Disease Disease Classification.
