1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 16, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an insurance contract indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. Among the instant insurance contracts, the main contents of the cancer diagnosis cost and the cancer surgery special agreement are as follows.

The definition of cancer: The term "cancer" in this Agreement means a disease [attached Table 2] classified as malicious life from the Korean Standard Disease Classification to the 5th Eth Ethical Organisms.

Definition of Boundary Species: The term "datant Species" in this Agreement means the disease [Attachment 4] (refer to the pattern of action or the Table of Non-Formal Organisms) classified as either an unknown behavior pattern or a non-new life in the Korean Standard Disease Disease Classification in the fifth Korean Classification.

The diagnosis and confirmation of cancer and boundaryal species: The diagnosis and confirmation of cancer and boundaryal species shall be conducted by a person who has a professional doctor's license in the autopsy pathology or clinical pathology, and this diagnosis shall be based on the organizational examination, non-stopopic examination, or opinion of absence on blood examination.

[Attachment 2] A disease classified as cancer as specified in the terms and conditions of the classification table of malicious organisms refers to the following diseases, among the Korean Standard Disease Death Classification (Enforcement No. 2007-4, January 1, 2008 of the Statistics Korea Notice No. 2007-4, January 1, 2008) as amended.

2.After the revision of the sixth Amendment of the Korean Standard Disease Classification (C15-C26), if there is an additional disease other than the above-mentioned disease, the disease shall also be included in the said classification.

After the revision of the 6th amendment of the NA37th Amendment, it is difficult to identify the identification number of the target disease and the behavior pattern of the fire extinguishing agency, or after the Korean Standard Disease Death Classification.
