The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the addition of "the above recognition is insufficient to reverse the above recognition by only the descriptions of the evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including each number)," under the second sentence of the judgment of the court of first instance, "the spring reasonable," and then the same part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable. Thus, the defendant's appeal and the plaintiff's incidental appeal are dismissed for each reason.
