Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

At around 18:20 on July 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the above taxi and proceeded directly from the 362-way Central Private Road intersection to the Changwon Transportation Broadcasting Station on the side of the Changwon Convention Center.

Since there is a signal apparatus installed, in such a case, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the signals and prevent the accident from smoke, despite the fact that the defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so, and caused the defendant to turn the said intersection to the Changwon High School from the side of the Changwon Transportation Broadcasting Station, the victim C(24 years old) driving the said intersection to turn to the left from the Changwon High School.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as the left-hand scambling and the alley in need of medical treatment for about 10 weeks.
