Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant” and Defendant B’s name) is a person engaging in driving a taxi for rocketing business.

On December 13, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:30, and led the BYC private distance in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, to the Bank of Korea at about 40 km per hour between the 6-lane between the 7-lane and the 6-lane between the 7-lane.

2. Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant” and Defendant A) are those engaged in driving of a taxi for rocketing business purposes.

On December 13, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car on December 13, 2012, and proceeded at approximately 50 km in the speed of 2YC distance from the jum-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, to the Women's Development Center along the three-lane distance from the jum of the five-lane.

Since a place is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, a person engaged in driving service shall reduce the speed and drive safely in accordance with the signals.
