Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 5, 2010, the Defendant agreed to lend KRW 10,000,00 to D at the home of the Defendant located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and agreed to lend KRW 800,000 under the name of prior interest, and transferred KRW 9,20,000 from March 5, 2010 to the account of the victim E (n, 43 years of age) on seven occasions from January 10, 2012, the Defendant loaned KRW 160,000 in total to D by transferring from March 5, 201 to January 10, 2012.
The Defendant, while receiving the above loans from the victim and D, had the victim, who did not repay the loans, and had the victim fright to receive money.
1.
