A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall gambling using a racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association.

Nevertheless, on September 1, 2018, the Defendant joined as a member by using a computer in the Defendant’s residence located in the building B B, which was located in Ansan-si, with access to the illegal horse gambling site D. In order to receive dividends in accordance with the result of the horse racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association, the Defendant deposited KRW 500,000 in a private bank account (J) under the name of H, the Defendant’s mother, through the FF Bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant’s head, in order to receive dividends in accordance with the result of the horse racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association. In addition, from around that time to February 3, 2019, the Defendant deposited KRW 140,400,045 in total over 121 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

As a result, the Defendant used a racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association, thereby gambling.
