Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A [helping and abetting Violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act]
A. Even if the Defendant was not to take over an access to electronic financial transactions, the Defendant: (a) from March 24, 2016 to December 25, 2016, in order to assist the Defendant in obtaining access to electronic financial transactions by depositing KRW 5,000 in the said account to the said account and facilitating the transfer of the access to electronic financial transactions, such as the passbook, by depositing KRW 5,000 to the said account, and by facilitating the transfer of the access to the electronic financial transactions to G.
