A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two-year imprisonment with prison labor for an indecent act committed by the Daejeon High Court, and on April 16, 2016, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

No person of 2016 shall transfer or take over any electronic financial transaction access medium.

Nevertheless, on April 27, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 50,000 in return for the closure of the agricultural cooperative branch located in the Dong-gu Daejeon, and transferred the access media of electronic financial transactions to D by reporting to the agricultural cooperative head of the Tong, etc. established in the above branch.

No person of "2016 Highest 982" shall transfer or acquire any medium access to electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, around November 9, 2014, the Plaintiff received 3-50,000 won for the price near the location of the Han Bank located in the Busan Jin-dong, and transferred the access media such as the passbook, card, etc. of the Han Bank account established at the above point to D.

Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no person of 2016 shall transfer any access medium used in electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, on July 2, 2015, the Defendant opened a new bank account (1003093010) in the name of the U.S. S. in the Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and transferred the access media, such as passbook, cash card, etc. connected to the said account to D.
