A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2016 Highest 3281" shall transfer or acquire any access medium.

1. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) received each passbook and cash card in the name of a company bank account (F, G), the national bank account (H, I), the bank account (J, K), the agricultural bank account (L, M), and the new bank account (N) in the name of the Defendant, and transferred the electronic financial transaction access media by delivering the said passbook and cash card to the names of the victims.

2. Around January 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred the passbook and physical card in the name of the Nongwon-dong, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) the account opened by the Defendant in the name of a limited company (P) with the amount of KRW 1.5 million; and (c) transferred the medium of access to electronic financial transactions to the names of the victims.

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person of the 2016 Highest 4956 shall transfer or acquire any access medium.

On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) received each passbook and cash card of the bank account (AB and AC) in the name of the Defendant and the post office account (S), the national bank account (T), the agricultural bank account (T), the agricultural bank account (A), the new bank account (A), and the bank account (A), and the Korean bank account (AB and the cash card), and transferred the electronic financial transaction access media to the non-resident.

No person of "2016 Highest 5114" shall transfer or acquire any access medium.

On August 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred a Hanman Access Media on the roads not more than Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (AE, AF); (b) the corporate bank account in the name of a limited company AD; (c) the new bank account (AG, AH); (d) the agricultural bank account; (a) the Korean bank account (AI, AJ); and (a) the Korean bank account (AK); and (a) the national bank account (AL and AM), issued cash cards in cash, and then issued them to the non-party to access the electronic financial transaction.
