Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has worked as the facility management department in the Management Center B.

No guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electronic shock machines, or crossbows shall be sold or leased by means of a e-mail or mail order using the Internet, etc., or shall be advertised for such purposes.

Nevertheless, around 13:25 on July 6, 2017, the Defendant advertised that gas sprayers (title: SOS-404, manufacturing number C) possessed by the KOS-404, 200 won are sold at KRW 600,00.
