A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell or lease guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electronic shock machines, or crossbows by means of gambling, street stores, outdoor commercial activities, electronic commerce and mail orders under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. and door-to-door sales under the Door-to-Door Sales, etc. Act, or advertise for such purposes.

Nevertheless, at around 10:15 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that he sells 135,000 won for each 85,000 won of this letter gas sprayers in the bulletin board, an Internet site, at the above Defendant’s residence.

Accordingly, the defendant advertised gas sprayers by means of electronic commerce using the Internet for the purpose of sale.
