Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was running an electricity construction business, and (b) was revoked permission to possess a gun by converting the air gun into B gun.

1. Where anyone intends to possess guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electric shockers or crossbows, he/she shall obtain permission as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Information and Communication of the administrative autonomy;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission from the Commissioner General of the Daegu Regional Police Agency, and possessed one buse SF8-32X50B from June 5, 2015 to October 16, 2016.

2. No guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electric shockers, and crossbows shall be sold or leased by means of driving, street bars, outdoor commercial activities, electronic commerce transactions using the Internet, etc., mail order, or door-to-door sales, or advertising for such purposes;

Nevertheless, on October 16, 2016, the Defendant (Bushnllied SF8-32X50B) connected to “NEA”, a website around 20:28, and advertised for the purpose of selling more than 40,000 won, one of the air gun parts (Bushnm SF8-32X50B).
