Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2013, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven a B-car without a driver’s license from around the roads near the Hancheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si to about 1km of the same Do Do Do Do Do dong to the four preceding roads of the same Do Do dong.
