A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, on June 3, 2016, the Defendant operated a B rocketing car not covered by mandatory insurance from around 500 meters in a section of approximately 500 meters to the road of the same Do Do 241-44 Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do.

2. On June 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 500 meters from the road on which it was impossible to know about the 15:15,00 no longer known from the 15:15,00 no longer known to the 241-44, Do road; and (b) from the road to the 241-44, Do road.

The reasons for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (the following favorable circumstances) are against the defendant, taking into account the fact that the defendant commits a mistake, and that there is only the previous conviction of a fine, the punishment shall be determined as ordered by the court.
