A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2016, around 22:19, the Defendant driven a BF rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle from the area near the Kummmk-gu Domm-gu Dom-dong to approximately 1 km in front of 1024 of the same Jung-dong.
