Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant driven B vehicles with approximately 30 meters in front of the luki apartment located in the same Gu hot spring Dong at the public parking lot in the Dong subway Station located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.109 percent.
