Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2014, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at 0.167% of alcohol level, the Defendant driven a rocketing motor vehicle at approximately 70 meters away from the public parking lot in the Dong-dong-dong Busan Metropolitan City, which was located in the same Gu hot spring-dong from the front of the public parking lot in the Dong-dong-dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the department store.
