Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.150% on blood alcohol level on April 23, 2014, and the Defendant was driving B physical-man car at a section of approximately 200 meters from the dong-dong parking lot located in Busan Dong-dong-dong but located in Busan Dong-dong hot Spring Port to the front of the department store.
