A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the Defendant: (a) destroyed other customer’s Bobane disease in the Carpet “C” (the victim D operation; hereinafter “the instant carpet”) located in the Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan; (b) caused the Defendant to compensate for KRW 20,000,000,000 to compensate the Defendant; (c) on August 28, 2017, from August 21:46 to 22:45 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant from entering the instant carpet for about one hour, namely, hicking the bobs on the floor of the instant carpet, hicking the customer and door door located therein.

2. A police officer E (hereinafter “E police officer”) belonging to the police station at the same time and time around 112 reported that the instant carpets were fluored with the instant carpets, and that he was fluoring with the instant carpets, following the 112 report.
