Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above judgment against the Defendants for two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, a national technical qualification examination implemented on May 22, 2016, applied for the practical skill examination for the head of the 59th and the head of the functional skill test, and Defendant B, who is qualified as the head of the technical skill test, the Defendants conspired to commit an unlawful act by notifying Defendant A of the practical skill test to the Kaka Group Stockholm by using the 59th and the technical skill test without returning the cell phone during the practical skill test and by using the Kakao Stockholm Stockholm which was established in advance by Defendant A, without returning the cell phone during the practical skill test.

Defendant

A around 09:00 on May 22, 2016, around 61:42, at the 59th examination site conducted at a Korean school located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the 61-gil 42-ro, and the head of the functional division, "after checking the tasks of the practical examination of 1/2 of air-tights and 1/2 of water-tights, the toilets are livering around 10:28 on the same day, and the members of the Examination Committee were able to assist in the tasks related to 1/2 of the above group hosting, using a cell phone in possession of 10:0 on the same day, the message was sent from the 10th examination to the 10th floor of the above group, and then the message was sent from the 10th floor to the 10th floor without confirming that Defendant B had no knowledge of 10:51 on the same day.

As a result, Defendant A applied for the practical examination in collusion with Defendant B by fraudulent means and interfered with the fair management of the practical examination conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea by fraudulent means.
