【The Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on January 15, 2015, and was sentenced to four times of imprisonment with labor for the same kind of force on June 29, 2015.

【Criminal facts】 The Defendant is not the handler of narcotics

1. On September 12, 2015, at around 15:30, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 600,000 from D to D at the event value prior to convenience store C located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and purchased approximately 1.4g of Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

2. On September 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted about KRW 0.07g of G apartment units 101 Dong 114 and 114, which are the dwellings of F located in Daegu Northern-gu E, into a single-use injection instrument; and (b) injected phiphones by means of dilution with the Defendant’s arms.

3. On September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.07ghon-phone into a single-use injection instrument from J Building 202, which is the residence of J in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) injected phiphones by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms.

4. On September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.07g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the same place as paragraph (3); (b) injected phiphones by means of injection with Defendant’s arms.

5. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.07g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the same place as paragraph (3); (b) injected phiphones by means of injection with Defendant’s arms.

6. On September 29, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 300,000 won from M on the street in the L market located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, and purchased approximately 1g of philopon from M.

7. On September 29, 2015, the Defendant put about approximately 0.07g of philopon into a single-use injection instrument from J Building 202, located in Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, on September 29, 2015, and dilution it into the Defendant’s arms.
