A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement and 2 years of suspended execution on July 3, 2015, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 3, 2015.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On May 15, 2015, the Defendant purchased a philopon by taking two bloponcules for one-time injection equipment containing approximately 0.03g of a flopic medicine (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from D in the vicinity of the bus terminal of the racing, those racing, those of which are located in Nowon-gu, and by delivering 200,000 won in return.

2. Use of philophones;

A. At around 03:00 on May 16, 2015, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-compons, and used phiphones by giving them injection into G’s hand.

B. On May 16, 2015, at around 04:05, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03 grams in a one-time injection room at the above Fel 220 room, diversating 0.03g of philophones into a first-time injection unit, and used philophones by giving them injection to their descendants.

C. At around 01:00 on May 17, 2015, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03 opononon in a single-use injection machine from Hcom 902 room in Yongcheon E, and dilutiond with biocomon, and used oponon by injection into the above G arms.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 04:00 on May 16, 2015, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03 grams in a single-use injection machine at the above Fel 220 room, dumped with bio-phones, and administered phiphones by means of injection into his arms.

B. On May 17, 2015, at around 23:40, the Defendant: (a) put 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution of biophones into a single-use injection machine; and (c) administered phiphones by means of injection into one’s own arms.

4. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without a vehicle driver’s license, driving a vehicle with the distance of approximately KRW 300 meters from the Samsung Maintenance shop located in the YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY YY
