Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. Around 16:00 on April 20, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim I’s response and food display business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as the victim I working on the first floor of the J Apartment-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, J apartment commercial building with his/her employee. In addition, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s response and food display business by force.

B. Around 12:00 on April 23, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim L’s business by avoiding disturbance, such as giving a large voice to customers, thereby obstructing the victim L’s customer reception service, who is an employee, by force.

On April 23, 2016, from around 12:30 on April 23, 2016 to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s beauty room business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as giving a large voice to the victims and customers and giving a large amount of voice, etc.

On April 23, 2016, around 16:30 on April 23, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the victimO’s customer reception and food display service by force by avoiding disturbance, such as throwing the company that was displayed on the house floor, and putting the company in a large voice to customers.

2. On April 21, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) removed approximately 10 press blocks owned by the victim J apartment management office; and (b) destroyed the property by breaking up 10 press blocks owned by the victim J apartment management office.

3. On June 8, 2016, around 10:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face, hinging up to the beauty room as set out in No. 1-C, on the ground that the Defendant wraped and shing the victim P (e.g., 49 years of age) in front of the beauty room as set forth in No. 1-C.
