Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Defesing Violence, etc.) at the Daejeon High Court (Cheongju) on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chungcheong detention house on November 3, 2014.

1. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the business operation of the said restaurant by force between approximately 20 minutes, including 18:10 on March 12, 2017 to 18:30 on the same day, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking at the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E (n.e., f., 38 years of age) located in the Chungcheongnam-gun U.S. E, the Defendant interfered with the business operation of the said restaurant without any justifiable reason.

2. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 12:00 on May 13, 2017 to around 17:40 on May 13, 2017, the Defendant: (b) had the victim I (n, 62 years of age) and its customers in HDaca, operated by the person suffering from the damage in the Chungcheongnam-gun Group G; (c) had the victim I (n, f2 years of age); and (d) had the customers.

B. “A” has obstructed the business of the victim by force by avoiding disturbance, such as taking a bath with a large voice, allowing customers in the above multi-faceted area to leave, and thus obstructing the business of the victim.

3. On May 20, 2017, the Defendant interfered with light business operations from around 18:50 on May 20, 2017 to around 19:00 on May 20, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s instant multi-facel business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as having the victim I (n, 62 years of age) talk, having the victim talked, and having the customer talked, and having the customer take a bath.

4. On December 29, 2016, from around 17:20 to 17:50 of the same day, the Defendant who interfered with his/her duties is able to take a bath in a “L” restaurant operated by the Victim K, which is in the J of the Chungcheongnam-gun of the Chungcheongnam-gun, without any justifiable reason, while drunkly drinking at the “L” restaurant, and booms the sound to customers at the place, and booms the time.
