Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2015, at around 03:40, the Defendants jointly had dance at G clubs located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and had danced by the victim I (the age of 31) who was near the victim I (the age of 24). The victim J (the age of 30) who was living together with the victim H was at the age of 10,000, led the Defendants to pay for each other.

Accordingly, Defendant A: (a) sealed the victim H’s chest in both hands; (b) the Defendant C pushed the victim H’s face face one time; (c) continuously sealed the victim H’s back head by hand; (d) the victim H’s body was sealed in both hands; and (e) Defendant B took the said victim’s part in both hands, thereby forced the victim’s J to take the said part in both hands; (b) Defendant A took the victim’s part in both arms, followed the victim’s J by force; and (c) Defendant C took two times the victim’s J, which was in excess of Defendant D, by generating the victim’s J.

The Defendants continued to leave the above club, and at the same parking lot, Defendant B could not get out of the chest of the victim H, and the Defendant C followed the victim H by several times, and the victim I’s face was frighted, and the body was pushed out with both hands.

As a result, the Defendants jointly committed harm to the victim H, such as an internal inception room that requires treatment for about 15 days, and an internal inception room that requires treatment for about 15 days to the victim J, and a double inception room that requires treatment for about 21 days to the victim I.
