A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

35 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and three months at the Cheongju District Court for fraud, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 10, 2015.

1. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: “Name C”, “resident registration number D”, and “E in the city of Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Eup/Myeon from the base date for registration,” respectively, and “F 302 of Si/Gu/Si/Gun/Gu/Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Eup/Myeon from the name of C, respectively, on the form of the marriage report which was kept at the place of the Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gu/Si/Gun office having a reasonable position of 871, and was stored in C’s name.

C’s painting was stamped.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the marriage report in the name of C, a private document on proof of facts.

2. The Defendant exercised the aforementioned investigation document as if it was a document duly formed, at the time, at the place specified in 1. Paragraph (1) and at the same time, a public official affiliated with the Gu office having knowledge of the forgery.

3. The Defendant: (a) at the time and place of the event, such as a false entry in the official electronic record, and a false entry electronic record; (b) at the time and place, a marriage report was prepared as if they were married with C even if they were not genuinely married with C; and (c) submitted the report to a public official belonging to the Gu office equivalent to the name of the Gu office; (b) had the said public official unaware of the circumstance enter the marriage between the Defendant and C in the family relationship register; (c) had the said public official enter the details of the marriage between the Defendant and C in the family relationship register, which is the same electronic record as the original of the official electronic record; and (d) had the Gu office keep the family relation register

4. Larceny;

A. On July 2013, the Defendant shall keep the victim C’s house located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, a building located in F. 302, in the cremation.
