Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in meat packaging business shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each workplace.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission, carried out meat packaging business without permission, from the mid-term police officer of December 2, 2012 to February 28, 2013, by taking care of the chillbs equivalent to KRW 83 million in the market price of approximately 500km per day, and supplying the chills in the metropolitan area including Seoul.
