Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates the “D” in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-gu, Seoul.
1. Violation of Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act;
A. A person who intends to engage in an unauthorized meat packaging business shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each workplace, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister. However, the person is engaged in an unauthorized meat packaging business without permission, such as washing the cryp and math from May 18, 2009 to April 24, 2013, by inserting the livestock by-products, such as cryp and cryp, taken from the cryp, in large quantities inside the place of business, and cryp and math from the cryp, and removing cryp and maths from the cryp head of the cryp, and then doing the cryp packaging business without obtaining permission.
B. Unregistered livestock products violate the labelling standard, such as the sale, or processing, packing, storage, transport, or display for sale, without any marking that the standard is appropriate, without any marking on by-products, such as freezings, head of pigs stored in the freezing and refrigerating, and head of pigs stored in the pigs, from November 26, 2010 to April 24, 2013, to sell at the same place as the preceding paragraph.
2.
