Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing vehicle B.

1. On January 26, 2014, the Defendant had a duty of care to ensure safe driving, such as making the front section and the left part of the road, if he was to operate a side road adjacent to the Dog-ri Do-Eup, Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Haan-gun, at the time of the Dog-ri Dog-ri Gyeongnam-gun construction site.

Nevertheless, in this case, due to negligence of driving a vehicle by neglecting this, C4.5 tons of cargo trucks owned by the owner of the Daesung Packaging Industry (ju), which is parked on the right-hand side of the proceeding, were collected from the front part of the vehicle's front seat and damaged the estimated and aesthetic property, the vehicle should immediately be notified of the contact address and the vehicle should take measures to prevent accidents, but the vehicle left away without any measure.

2. On February 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was a person whose driver’s license was revoked; (b) was driving the said vehicle owned by him/her on the following side of the new apartment located in the Seocho-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (c) was driving the said vehicle at a approximately six kilometers section before the road at the construction site of the Do-ri Do-Eup, Do-ri, Do-ri.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance provided by the State at a temporary location under the foregoing paragraph (1).
