Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On May 6, 2011, at around 23:17, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.125% in the section of approximately one kilometer from the roads near the Seocho-si, Changwon-si to the roads in front of the middle school located in the same Ri, and with a blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.125%.

B. On June 8, 2011, at around 01:38, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of balpted B, under the influence of alcohol at approximately 700 meters from a section of approximately 0.132% of blood alcohol content at the entrance of the Haju Park at the same Eup/Myeon located in the Yellow-gu, Haak-gu, Haak-gu, Haak-gu, Sinan-gu, Sinan-gu, Sinan-do.

2.
