Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 22, 2011.

1. Around 00:04 on December 26, 2012, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven BK5 car at a section of approximately 15 meters for the front of a high-quality underground car located in the front of the public parking lot for the East subway Station located in the Busan East-dong, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.067%.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1) above, controlled D's drinking driving from a slope C belonging to the Busan East Police Station to a slope C of the traffic safety department of Busan East Police Station, followed the Defendant's personal information recorded in the police PDA terminal and the fact of drinking driving, verified D's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising the right, forged D's private signature, and presented it to the above C as if the signature of D was genuine.

3. The Defendant, at the date and time as indicated in Paragraph 1. at the same time and place as indicated in Paragraph 2 above, undergoes an investigation at the site of drinking driving by the act as described in Paragraph 1 above, and confirmed that the details of drinking circumstances, words and behavior conditions, walking conditions, etc. as subject to cancellation of license, as subject to suspension, were identical to the facts in the written report on the state of drinking drivers, and subsequently signed the D’s signature without authority for the purpose of exercising the driver’s confirmation letter, which is the part of “I, who was notified of the fact that blood can be collected if recognized and unfair as a result of the measurement,” and used the copy of the driver’s confirmation certificate under the name of D, which is a private document concerning the certificate of certification, as seen above, as if one copy of the forged driver’s confirmation document was genuine.
